I’ve never believed we have quantum computers, all we have with Quantum startups are a bunch of prototypes of Quantum machines using different qubit explorations and technologies. We aren’t even yet in the quantum computing era proper.

While Google, Microsoft and now even Amazon (New 'Ocelot' chip) boast a prototype of a Quantum chip, it’s all noise and no signal. That’s not stopping Quantum from raising huge funding rounds.

In the insane startup culture of Tel Aviv and Israel, a startup called Quantum Machines was born about seven years ago. Few cities in the world have the startup innovation of Tel Aviv and the Quantum industry is no exception. Fast forward a few years and this team has just raised a week ago, $170 million.
