Will QC approach ethics and principles any better than A.I. Labs and BigTech?

Hey Guys,

Watching the quantum computing industry grow in startups, partnerships and at the intersection of machine learning very quickly in the 2020 to 2022 period one wonders if they will approach regulatory bodies, ethics and governance principles in a more pro-active way than A.I. has generally speaking?
